Upon receipt of your email or after speaking with a customer service representative, you will receive your Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address.
Please write the RA # on the package's shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
All returned items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
Please send the product you are returning with the enclosed materials and additional items (if any) you received with your order, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
