If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery.
We try to make returning a purchase as simple for you as possible.
We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price).
Please note that we can make a full refund only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for the shipping, handling, restocking fees and insurance charges for returned merchandise.

Upon receiving the order, we ask you to check carefully all contents of the package(s) for damaged (due to the fragility of porcelain) or missing items. We are able to make full refunds only within 7 days from the day of the arrival of your merchandise.

To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

You can send an e-mail to cs@800-porcelain.com to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#).800-porcelain.com will honor return requests via email or phone within 7 days of the purchase.

Upon receipt of your email or after speaking with a customer service representative, you will receive your Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address.

Please write the RA # on the package's shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted.

Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.

All returned items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.

Please send the product you are returning with the enclosed materials and additional items (if any) you received with your order, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.

Please note that special orders have no return policy. A return may void a multiple purchase discount.

800-porcelain.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, 800-porcelain.com will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery charges. Or if you paid by credit, you will be credited on your credit card. If you would like to receive a Store Credit for your return, please send email to cs@800-porcelain.com.
