If I placed the order during weekend, when It will be processed?
Our office hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 P.M. ET on Friday will be processed starting next Monday.

Can I figure out shipping charges before I place my credit card information online?
Yes, you can. Proceed to the first checkout page and submit your shipping address. Then select shipping method and click "Apply" button aside. Your shipping cost will be displayed at the top right corner of the order table. The exact shipping charges may vary depend on shipping address, shipping company and type of delivery. For precise shipping quotes please call or email our customer service (please fill the contact form).

What payment methods does 800-porcelain.com accept?
800-porcelain.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer customers the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders as well as wire transfers. Please note that payments made without the use of a credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before any shipment will be made.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the USA and Canada only. We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and APO addresses. For Canadian Customers, please follow to Contact Us page for order placement instructions.

Lomonosov Porcelain is the first and the most famous Russian porcelain manufacturer. It was Tsar Peter the Great's big dream to produce Russia's own porcelain.
In 1744 his daughter Empress Elizabeth established the first porcelain factory in St. Petersburg, Russia.
